Microsoft PowerPoint Review
PowerPoint Mobile is the app for creating, editing, and conducting presentations on your mobile device. With it, you get a powerful tool that you can use as an express editing app or a remote when making a speech.
User Interface & Navigation
The app is similar to other mobile Microsoft Office apps; if you have mastered Word or Excel Mobile, you’ll easily deal with PowerPoint. As you open a presentation with it, you can just play it (or broadcast to an external screen or projector) or edit. It also allows for creating new presentations from scratch or based on templates it offers.
As the app is rich in features, they are mostly hidden in menus. You can format texts, embed images and videos, select backgrounds, and set the highlights. In addition, you can trust an AI with formatting your content; it may be way faster than manual editing.
Cloud features include version history, so saving the wrong version isn’t an issue. You can collaborate on presentations via Microsoft 365 subscription. If someone edits a shared presentation, you get notified.
Convenience of Use
It looks way better on tablets, because of its rich functionality that requires a bigger screen. On phones, you will have to make your way through menus and submenus quite long; it’s okay for minor editing, but if you’re making a big detailed presentation, take a tablet.
Instead, the app shines at conducting presentations. It lets you share your screen and use a phone as a remote. It even has an AI-based Presenter Coach that helps you rehearse and master your manner!
There are PowerPoint versions for iOS and Android. They are virtually identical (except for some system-defined specifics). No matter which one you use to create or edit a presentation: it looks the same on any device you open it at, with PowerPoint app or in your browser.
To download the app, you will get links to the Official Website and/or official digital markets.
