Adobe Acrobat Reader is the original reader for PDF files developed and supported by Adobe. It lets you read, fill and sign PDF documents with no extra payments, sure they are displayed correctly.
The reader looks like most other readers. Most of the screen is given to the document when you open one. The file manager lets you select files from your local memory or from Document Cloud and select the preferable view: a scroll-like view, book pages, and so on. It also lets you open fillable forms, digitally fill, save or print them.
Not only can you read PDF documents with it. You can also select and copy texts, images, other recognized elements. If the document is effectively fillable, you can do it in the free version of Acrobat Reader. Mode advanced editing requires an Acrobat DC subscription; it’s more expensive than that of Microsoft 365, but it lets you enjoy a great array of features.
Subscribers unlock features like editing and converting PDF files, compressing them, connecting Acrobat to Microsoft Office, make editable documents out of scanned papers, print in high quality, and so on. There are various plans, but the Pro plan is necessary for businesses, while freelancers or regular users will be good with Standard or even with the free plan.
There are various ways of navigation: you can scroll the document up and down, move the pointer at the right edge, or just enter the number of the page you want to go to. If you want to zoom in or out the document, it will zoom the page without reflowing it. But if you turn your device, it reflows the file for the new mode.
The app is available for iOS and Android, as well as for desktop platforms. PDF is meant as a versatile format that looks and feels the same on any platform. The reader is just so. Its interface on Android and iOS is very similar, adjusted for guidelines.
To download the app, you will get links to the Official Website and/or official digital markets.
